A Harriman teenager is under arrest for allegedly raping a teenage girl during a house party.
Police say Dahvon Williams, 16, sexually assaulted a 15-year-old girl on June 29.
The investigation revealed that Williams raped the girl who had become highly intoxicated during a party in the basement of 5 Park Place in Chester. Williams and the victim were both guests at the party.
Williams was sent to Orange County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bail.
