The Ossining man who police say stole meat by putting it down his pants faced a judge today, but his case was adjourned for another week.
Gregory Rodriguez, 46, worked in the butcher's department at the Croton A&P. He is facing grand larceny charges for allegedly stealing $1,200 worth of meat.
Police say officials at A&P suspected that he might have been stealing, so they set up a hidden camera and caught him red-handed with meat in his pants.
Rodriguez has been taken back to the Westchester County Jail and will appear in court again on Oct. 10.
