A grand jury will start hearing evidence next week in a fatal New
Rochelle police-involved shooting.
Kamal Flowers, 24, was shot by authorities in June after police say he ran from them during a
traffic stop.
Police say he drew a gun on them before being fatally gunned down.
But Flowers’ family says he was murdered.
It’s not clear how
long the grand jury’s work will take.
