A grand jury has indicted the Poughkeepsie woman accused of murdering her fiancé during a kayaking trip.
Angelika Graswald is facing a murder charge for allegedly killing Vincent Viafore during a kayaking trip on April 19. His body is still missing.
Graswald is in the Orange County Jail.
On Monday, crews searched near Plum Point in Newburgh and the Cornwall Yacht Club, where the couple began their trip.
The case will now be moved to Orange County Court in the town of New Windsor
