Restaurants and bars have some new state rules to follow this morning after Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced new social distancing guidelines on Thursday.
The new guidelines make it illegal for bars and restaurants to serve people alcohol if they are not also ordering a meal.
Gov. Cuomo also says there can be no walk-up bar service, and service at bar tops must be only for people seated 6-feet apart.
The governor also announced any bars or restaurants in the city that receive three violations will be closed.
