Hundreds marched and lined the streets of Chappaqua Monday morning for their Memorial Day Parade.
Gov. Andrew Cuomo led the parade of students, musicians and local law enforcement, alongside Chappaqua residents Bill and Hillary Clinton, who have been coming to the parade for nearly two decades.
While families rejoiced and applauded as they watched the marchers go by, they also recognized the true meaning of the holiday.
Many were in front of the Chappaqua train station memorializing those who served and made the ultimate sacrifice protecting everyone's freedom.

“It's an honor to be part of a day of leadership and to honor our soldiers for their service,” says Stephanie Trejo, of the Boys & Girls Club of Northern Westchester.
