Glitch keeps stimulus check from millions of Americans

A glitch is being blamed for keeping stimulus payments out of millions of Americans’ bank accounts.         
That's because the IRS doesn't have direct deposit information for many people who filed with tax-prep services like H&R Block or TurboTax.
Others got the wrong amount, including couples who didn't get the $500 check for their children.
If the IRS doesn't have a taxpayer's direct deposit information, it will start mailing out paper checks the week of May 4.
