Fuhgeddaboudit Food: Next Level Burger
A popular west coast plant-based burger chain has come to Brooklyn.
Next Level Burger opened in Fort Greene inside the brand new Whole Foods 360 market on Ashland Place.
The burger franchise originally opened in Oregon and after spreading across the west coast, they opened their first east coast location.
With more than a dozen options, vegan burgers are made with all different kinds of ingredients including beans, vegetables, herbs, wheat, barley, and soy.
Co-founder Cierra Gruyter says her and her husband started the chain because they wanted to be able to feed their children delicious organic plant-based foods.
