12h agoAs the holiday season approaches, people in Scout Field in Bronxville are in the giving spirit by hosting a coat drive Sunday to help bring warmth to those in need during the cold winter months.
The event, organized by Friends of Scout Field, aims to provide coats, sweaters, toiletries and other necessities to local shelters and is encouraging those in the community to help give back.
Organizers say the coats will be given to shelters across Yonkers and Mount Vernon.
