Fourteen teenagers were busted with alcohol over the weekend at a vacant home for sale in Greenburgh. An anonymous tip brought the Greenburgh Drug and Alcohol Task Force to 1139 Dobbs Ferry Road Friday night. Police say when they arrived, they found 21 teenagers partying at the house and beer cans and cigarette butts littered the front lawn. According to police, the homeowner's son was the one who threw the illegal bash.Members of the community say they aren't surprised to hear about the arrests. They call underage drinking an epidemic and say parents need to be the ones to crack down. The 14 teens were charged with possession of alcohol by a minor and are due in court on April 14.
