A former WFAN host and New Rochelle native says he's not guilty of the criminal charges against him while on a radio show Thursday.
Craig Carton, who was a guest on WABC's Bernie and Sid in the Morning, says he is not seeking a plea deal because he is not guilty.
Prosecutors have charged Carton for allegedly defrauding investors in a plan to re-sell concert tickets and using the money to pay off gambling debts and personal loans.
His trial is set for October.
