A former Rockland County diving coach has been indicted on charges related to illegal sexual activity.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office says 56-year-old Victor Byrne, of Orlando, Florida, is accused of bringing two minors to Rockland to have sex.

Both victims were 16 years old at the time and were members of Byrne’s diving team.

Authorities say the abuse happened over a span of several years.

One of the victims is now a police officer, while the other is a special agent with Homeland Security Investigations.
