The arrival of Florence in the Carolinas had some in Stony Point wondering if they were ready for another massive hurricane is one should strike the northeast.
The acting director of Fire and Emergency for Rockland County Chris Jensen says that Rockland County has a plan if that should happen.
Jensen says that plan includes hardening the infrastructure and elevating more homes.
