Fire officials say flames broke out around 8:30 a.m. at 60 Darin Road in Kings Estates.
Neighboring homes were damaged as well. "I rang the doorbell to see if anyone would answer. Luckily, nobody was home, except the pets, which I hope they are OK," says neighbor Amari Brown.
