A fire in Mount Vernon on Monday caused delays up to 70 minutes on Metro-North's New Haven line.
Metro-North officials say they responded to a burning overhead utility wire between Mount Vernon East and New Rochelle stations.
News 12 cameras spotted smoke coming from an overpass at Fourth Avenue.
Service on the New Haven Line was delayed 10-15 minutes.
Rail riders are asked to allow for additional travel time and expect some minor service adjustments and cancelations.
