A major fire broke out on the property owned by the Unification Church of the Reverend Sun Myung Moon in Irvington Saturday.
Close to 100 firefighters battled the blaze which broke out in a private house on the compound located on East Sunnyside Lane. Fire officials say the flames were burning intensely on the upper floor of the home. No one was injured in the fire, but the roof burned away in several places.
