Cafe Con Leche already has a spot in Wappingers Falls, but now, there will be another one in Rhinebeck on Mill Street.
The restaurant went live on Instagram Friday with the big announcement, saying it will open in February or March.
There will also be a place to sit outside, and a food truck for catering.
