The family of a Brooklyn man who died after being tackled by employees at a Flatbush Stop and Shop are still seeking justice.

Ralph Nimmons, 51, died after workers at the grocery store suspected him of shoplifting. According to relatives, Nimmons had a heart condition and employees denied his requests for help.

His aunt and uncle met with Brooklyn District Attorney Eric Gonzalez Wednesday to discuss their nephew's death and to call on new witnesses to come forward.

A medical examiner ruled Nimmons' death a homicide just last month.

Stop and Shop issued a statement that said, "We remained saddened by the unfortunate event that took place at our Flatbush store on April 14, 2018 and we are continuing to cooperate fully with law enforcement."

The victim's uncle, Bonezlee Nimmons, said their family will continue to boycott Stop and Shop and will not stop until justice is served.

Family members say the DA has a video that shows multiple people present during the incident who have not been identified or interviewed yet.
