A family is asking for justice a year after a Stamford man was fatally shot in Bridgeport.
Police say 33-year-old Max Antoine was shot as he left a restaurant on Broad Street.
Antoine’s brother, Wilner Joseph, says the past 12 months have been a "nightmare" for him and his family. He says his brother’s killer must be held accountable.
"The holidays have been tough," Joseph says. "My mom, she lives at the cemetery. She's there every day with my brother just praying and hoping that we get a little bit of closure."
He says his brother was an innocent bystander
Joseph says there will be a rally on April 21 at McLevy Green.
