Temple Beth Abraham in Tarrytown was filled with family and friends Thursday to remember a boy whose life was cut short by a tragic accident.
Six-year-old Julian Geach drowned Monday after falling into Fremont Pond in Sleepy Hollow while he was out walking a neighbor?s dog. When his father realized he had been gone 45 minutes he went looking for his only child. Emergency crews found Geach under the ice 15 minutes later and were unable to revive him.
Those at the service remembered Geach?s energetic spirit and how he touched so many lives in his short lifetime. Members of the community say in the weeks to come they will be there to offer support to the family.
