The relatives of two victims of the Taconic State Parkway crash that killed eight people demand that a grand jury determine if anyone knew the driver was drunk and high before the accident.
Roseann Guzzo, a relative of Michael and Guy Bastardi who died in the July 27 crash, reiterated her demand one day after the drinking habits of Diane Schuler, the driver in the wrong-way collision, were discussed on "The Oprah Winfrey Show."
"My family is not going to stop until we see justice and hear the truth," Guzzo says.
The issue became a point of contention between Westchester District Attorney Janet DiFiore, who turned down the Bastardis' request to convene a grand jury, and her Republican opponent, Dan Schorr, who spoke out in favor of the family's request.
