Emergency responders in White Plains staged a mock drill Wednesday in which they played out a dirty bomb scenario.
The drill was carried out at the former site of St. Agnes Hospital as firefighters, police officers and medical personnel practiced their response to a terrorist attack.
Authorities also went though a mock hostage crisis involving a would-be terrorist.
