Elmsford man faces rape charges after party with teens in abandoned house
A 30-year-old Elmsford man is under arrest, accused of raping a teenage girl after partying with her and friends in an abandoned building. According to police, Fuqwan Long and an 18-year-old White Plains man met up with a 15-year-old Tuckahoe girl and her 16-year-old friend from Yonkers at the Galleria Mall Saturday. Police say the four ended up at a house in White Plains where they drank beer and smoked marijuana. Investigators say Long and the 15-year-old had sex in the home.
The girl?s parents notified police after the she told friends about the incident. Long was arrested Tuesday and is facing several rape charges.
