East Islip duo headlines all-state football teams
East Islip's Derek Burrell was named the Class-A co-player of the year after racking up 33 touchdowns and leading his team to a Suffolk County championship. East Islip running back Leo Lopez was named first team all-state after running for about 1,200 yards and 18 touchdowns.
