A Pound Ridge man is dead after a two-vehicle collision in Bedford Monday evening.

Police say that around 9:30 p.m. a 2018 BMW 750I traveling eastbound collided head-on with a 2004 Acura TSX sedan traveling westbound at the intersection of Bedford and Old Wagon roads.

According to investigators, the driver of the Acura, Diego Trejo, 22, of Pound Ridge, was declared dead on the scene.

The operator of the BMW, a 51-year-old male, was transported to Westchester County Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.

There were no passengers in either vehicle.
