An anesthesiologist from Dobbs Ferry allegedly infected dozens of patients with hepatitis B and C by using dirty needles.According to a recently filed lawsuit, Dr. Brian Goldweber infected at least 15 people with the disease, one fatally. Goldweber worked at several offices in Manhattan and Brooklyn.In 1999, he was placed on probation for falsifying records. In 2002, health officials say he was caught lying on a job application. The state stripped him of his license to practice in May 2007.Officials say they believe Goldweber is no longer in the area. News 12 Westchester went to his last-known address in Dobbs Ferry, but did not receive a response.
