Officials and residents are calling on utility companies to restore power lost during Friday’s nor’easter before Wednesday’s anticipated storm hits.
Eva Yu, of Yonkers, says she has a 1-month-old and is without power.
Her home on Philipse Place is among 13 in the neighborhood without power since Friday’s storm after a large tree fell and is now trapped and entangled in power lines.

Yonkers City Council President Mike Khader says he wants the power companies to get their act together and get crews out to restore residents’ heat and hot water.
Con Edison released a statement saying more than 1,000 crews have been working 24/7 to repair and restore power problems.
Many residents say they are left feeling helpless.
"It really feels like we're abandoned here,” says resident Elvina Schullere.
