Deli shooting leaves 39-year-old dead in Highbridge
A 39-year-old man is dead after shots rang out in front of a Highbridge deli. According to police, Cesar Augustino Suero was fatally shot outside New Deli on University Avenue at around 5 p.m. Wednesday.

A 39-year-old man is dead after shots rang out in front of a Highbridge deli.
According to police, Cesar Augustino Suero was fatally shot outside New Deli on University Avenue at around 5 p.m. Wednesday.
He was pronounced dead at Bronx Lebanon Hospital with gunshot wounds to his torso and leg.
Investigators are looking at surveillance video from the store to see if the suspect was caught on camera. No arrests have been made.
