People in Bedford will have to wait another two weeks to see if the town moves ahead with a controversial cell tower.
The town planning board decided tonight to push off a vote until its next meeting at the end of the month.
People in town say Bedford can have spotty service, which can be dangerous if you need help, for example, from first responders.
Verizon's been trying to build a new tower for years.
It's suing the town for denying two previous tower proposals.  If this site is approved, it would settle the suit.
It would be built on Bedford Post Inn land, which actor Richard Gere co-owns.
Some people in town are fine with it, but others worry about the tower's environmental impact and how it'll affect their properties.
The next meeting is scheduled for Jan. 23.
