Emergency crews responded to a fire Wednesday evening at the Middletown Psychiatric Center in Orange County.
The fire broke out on the campus just before 5 p.m.
It was the third building fire on the grounds of the center since the end of May.
It took more than 50 emergency responders to put out the fire.
Officials say no one was hurt in the blaze, and the cause is under investigation.
