A Cortlandt Manor family says they have been without heat in their house for 23 days - and the heating company won't fix their furnace.
Janice Lynch says that after a basement flood ruined her home's furnace, she called her heating company, T. Weber, to come fix it.
They came a week later, and told her they needed to order certain parts, and that she had to pay a $2,000 deposit, which she did.
After 16 days since T. Webber came, Lynch says there is still no heat in the home.
Lynch says she keeps calling but they won’t tell her when the parts will be in.
"My frustration is not hearing anything definite from T. Weber. And also, their lack of empathy,” says Lynch. "Like that's a big deal to not have heat during the winter."
News 12 has reached out to T. Weber several times but has not heard back.
