The Cortlandt man accused of killing his missing wife is due in court Monday.According to police, 66-year-old Werner Lippe has admitted to murdering his wife, 49-year-old Faith Lippe. The couple was in the midst of a divorce, but Lippe had told police that he and his wife were trying to reconcile. In October, Lippe said his wife disappeared after coming home from running errands and that he last saw her in a dark SUV.State police spent the weekend searching Lippe's home on Little Lake Road. Police say they are unsure why Lippe would have murdered his wife.The couple have two young children that are now staying with friends.Lippe is charged with second-degree murder and is being held without bail at the Westchester County Jail.Cortlandt man charged with killing missing wife
