Cops: Woman charged with dog abuse

Police have arrested the woman suspected of abusing a dog left at a Westchester animal hospital. The SPCA of Westchester confirms Jean Regan, 58, of North White Plains was arrested Tuesday night.

Cops: Woman charged with dog abuse
Police have arrested the woman suspected of abusing a dog left at a Westchester animal hospital.
The SPCA of Westchester confirms Jean Regan, 58, of North White Plains was arrested Tuesday night.
She's accused of leaving a severely neglected dog tied up in the parking lot of the Valhalla Animal Hospital.
Police say a tip from a News 12 viewer who saw the story helped detectives catch up with Regan.
