Cops: Man rapes teen after holding her hostage in hotel
A Peekskill man is facing a slew of charges Saturday after police say he lured a teenager to an Elmsford hotel and held her captive while he repeatedly raped her.
According to police, the 15-year-old victim apparently knew 42-year-old Willie Boyd Jr. and willingly came to the Saw Mill River Hotel around 1 p.m. Friday. Police say she was under the assumption her other friends would be there too.
Police say Boyd held the teen in the hotel room, gave her alcohol throughout the day and raped her three times. They say it was the victim's sister who finally tracked down the teen after almost seven hours and called police.
Boyd is charged with three counts of first-degree rape, unlawful imprisonment and endangering the welfare of a child. He's being held at the Westchester County Jail without bail.
