? Officials are investigating a construction worker?s death in North Salem after he fell from a ladder Sunday.

Authorities say 40-year-old Robert Rabens, of Danbury, was working on a home 25 feet above the ground when he lost his balance and hit the concrete face first. One neighbor says he heard Rabens yelling for help. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration is investigating the incident to find out if the contractor followed procedures.

An autopsy is scheduled for April 10, but authorities say it appears to be an accident.
