Three concrete companies pleaded guilty to tax fraud in Orange County.

The companies Concrete on Demand, Copour and Comix, Inc. were accused of failing to pay collected sales tax to the state.

As part of the plea, the three companies repaid all of their delinquent taxes – a total of more than $780,000.
News 12 is told that two of the company managers, David Gross and David Friedman, were given conditional discharges, given that they do not commit any other crimes for three years.
