A rally organized by police who want justice was held in Tibbets Park in White Plains Monday.
The Westchester Rockland Guardians Association organized the protest.
Vice President Wade Hardy says they are African American police officers who want to be involved in calling for change.
"We need the police chiefs, we need the unions and we need the legislators to come to the table, change the laws, civil service law, whatever laws, so if a police officer commits what looks like a crime to everybody else, it should be a crime," said Hardy.
News 12's Samantha Crawford spoke with Hardy about the rally.
