10h agoDozens of students released balloons Monday at Clarkstown South High School to mark Allie Ariza's 18th birthday.
The Clarkstown South student was 16 when she died in a motorcycle crash in Queens in March 2022.
Ariza’s organs were donated, which helped save three people.
Her friends continue to hold events in her memory and plan to wear butterfly pins in purple during graduation – her favorite color.
