The chicken chain's location is serving customers at the newly renovated Ardsley Service Area on the New York State Thruway.
The new rest stop is part of a $450 million renovation of all 27 Thruway rest stops.
The rest stop also features a Burger King and a Starbucks.
Other future Westchester locations include one on Tarrytown Road in Hartsdale and on Central Park Avenue in Yonkers.
