A new app is helping aspiring chefs through the step-by-step process of cooking meals.

Daniel Holzman, founder of the Meatball Shop in New York City, created an app called Project Foodie. The app teaches users on how to cook, from buying the ingredients to serving the finished product.

He says there's even a video for how to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner.

"The video is 240 minutes long and I’m with you the entire time," Holzman says. "I'm actually going to say, ‘Your turkey is in the over, now it's time to start the stuffing.’”

Holzman says the app was inspired from when he was trying to teach his brother how to cook.
