A somber ceremony was held in New Rochelle on Sunday to replace flags at graves of veterans who have died.
The annual event was held at Beechwoods Cemetery in New Rochelle.
"A lot of folks who have fallen you know in the wars and over the years. A lot of them don't have family and a lot of these graves here are very old,” says Vietnam veteran  Lou Vaccaro.
The grave sites were also marked with medallions, indicating which branch of service the veteran served under.
