Cats that were rescued from a Fordham apartment today are now safe with the ASPCA.
Felix Rodriguez heard cries coming from an apartment inside a Bainbridge Avenue home. Rodriguez says police responded today after calls from his wife to the ASPCA, police and 311 last week,.
Officers discovered two cats without food or water inside the apartment.
The owner of the apartments says that the people that lived there moved out a month ago. He's still waiting to get the keys back.
