Candlelight vigils held for churchgoers killed in SC
 
Candlelight vigils were held in Westchester for the nine South Carolina churchgoers who were killed last week.
One vigil was held at Calvary Baptist Church in White Plains Wednesday evening. It was an interfaith service where church leaders say people of any race could come together to show their support
Another candlelight vigil was held at Lyon Park in Port Chester. It was hosted by the Port Chester/Rye branch of the NAACP along with clergy members.
Dylann Roof, 21, has been charged with nine counts of murder in connection with the Charleston shooting. He allegedly told investigators he wanted to start a race war.
