A senior cadet from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point has been indicted on child pornography charges.
Ricky Hester allegedly sent graphic videos of young boys engaged in sexual activity from his email account.
Agents from the Department of Homeland Security and the U.S. Attorney's Office say in one email, Hester wrote about looking for pornographic images of boys between the ages of 4 and 10.
The senior cadet participated in the Marine Corps Toys for Tots program last year, three months before the investigation began.
