? Some Habitat for Humanity homeowners had a close call with stray bullets in their Yonkers neighborhood Saturday.

A bullet tore through the wall of one woman?s home on Porach Street and came dangerously close to where her daughter sleeps. Police later found another bullet hole. Residents say they are fed up with the crime and feel an increased police presence would help. Others are calling for parents to be held accountable for these crimes, which many believe children are responsible for.

Habitat for Humanity officials plan to ask the City Council for help. The suspects are at large.
