Several events are happening this holiday season in Brooklyn.

The New York Road Runners are hosting an open run by the water at the Brooklyn Bridge Park. That event will happen at Pier Six on Christmas from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m.

On Thursday, the Parks Department is hosting campfire activities with urban park rangers at the Fort Greene Park visitor center. The event is from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.

There is a farmers market in Park Slope on Sunday hosted by the Old Stone House at JJ Byrne Playground. The market opens at 10 a.m. until 5 p.m.
