Some Bronx residents say a recently installed stop sign hasn?t helped slow traffic down at a dangerous intersection.
Some say drivers blow the stop sign located at Stadium Avenue and Country Club Road. Residents are worried pedestrians will get injured or even killed if something isn?t done to slow down traffic.
The Department of Transportation installed the current stop sign after residents initially complained. However, residents now want more stop signs. Residents also requested a speed bump in November, but that request was denied.
