Prosecutors say 20-year-old Yordany Bautista-Hernandez of the Bronx was traveling nearly 102 mph when his car hit the guard rail and flipped over.
Three passengers in the car died on Sept. 20, 2020.
The young man faces up to 7 1/2 years in prison when he is sentenced in June.
