Police arrested a Bronx man for his alleged involvement in a family brawl that sent his aunt to the hospital with stab wounds in her chest.
At a Warburton Avenue apartment, police say an argument between two people turned bloody just after 1:30 a.m. Sunday. Marcos Chong, a neighbor of the victim, says he could hear the fight as it broke out.
"You could hear it through the air vent," Chong says. "There was a bunch of screaming."
Police say 20-year-old Anthony England, of the Bronx, had a kitchen knife in his hand, and was arguing with his aunt. She turned around, and England allegedly slashed her chest. She was treated at a hospital and is expected to be OK. Police charged England with second-degree assault.
