Bronx residents found themselves braving the elements Tuesday as a cold, slippery day set in.
"This weather is crazy! It's cold, sometimes it's rainy," says Daisy Caraballo. "It's kind of dangerous for people who have to drive."
Drivers were most affected by the weather, as snow flurries mixed with sleet, making daily commutes potentially perilous.
"I don't like this traveling - the weather," says Victor Perez. "And you have to spend lots of money on oil!"
